On-site in East Moline, IL Delivery Full-time

Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Sales
Location: On-site in East Moline, IL

Company Overview
Since 1973, EBE Technologies has provided software solutions to transportation and logistics companies. Today, more than 650 organizations use EBE solutions to manage critical financial and driver-related operations.

EBE’s business is focused on two areas within the transportation industry: AI Financial Automation and Driver Services, Recruiting, and Safety, using AI and RPA to improve efficiency, accuracy, and eliminate redundant processes.

EBE’s BeyondAI Financial Automation helps transportation companies automate financial processes such as mobile capture, freight invoicing, settlements, web portal processing, and collections. EBE combines intelligent document processing, robotic process automation, AI, and integrations with existing transportation systems to reduce manual work, improve processing times, and extend the value of existing technology investments.

Through EBE’s ATS and CORE Fleet Safety solutions, EBE supports the full driver lifecycle, including recruiting, qualification, onboarding, safety, risk, compliance, and retention. EBE connects these processes to give transportation teams greater visibility into driver information and help manage requirements throughout the driver lifecycle.

EBE solutions are developed to work with the systems transportation companies already use, including TMS, dispatch, telematics, and ERP platforms. This approach allows customers to automate key processes while continuing to get value from their existing technology investments.
