Momentum Around Beyond AI Financial Automation, Driver Safety & ATS solutions Drives Results

(East Moline, IL):  EBE Technologies, the leader in AI and RPA enabled Financial Automation, Driver Safety, and ATS solutions posted a 12% increase in revenue and 17% increase in profits over the first quarter FY 2024.  Continuing the growth realized in FY2024, EBE’s solutions enable transportation providers to become more efficient and accurate through the automation of repetitive task, repetitive data entry, managing website data, and consolidating data from disparate back-office systems.

“Despite the current state of the industry, Fiscal Year 2024 and Q1 2025 have been very successful for EBE. We attribute this to EBE’s ability to save carriers tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars  by providing a net-positive ROI. We have spent the last several years developing and deploying the digital workforce bot utilizing AI & RPA within the transportation industry. We have been able to reduce data entry by 95%, audit, bill and settle 90 % of loads without human intervention and create 204 EDI from spreadsheets, emails, E-Tipsheet and websites. When our digital workforce find an out of tolerance transaction their human counterparts are alerted to take action to resolve the issue. EBE has also integrated AI & RPA into our driver solutions. We are now able to extract data from background reports, CDL, Med-Cards and other driver-related documents to automate the background processing of an applicant. This function was traditionally performed by a “processor” in the recruiting or safety department. By applying a digital workforce bot, the vetting and driver qualification process is performed more quickly and accurately, which lowers the cost and time to hire drivers.

The bots have the capability of assigning training, creating adverse action letters, updating driver scorecards and escalating driver reviews.  These capabilities allow the safety department to focus their attention on interacting with drivers, not reviewing reports or a ‘hunch’ when managing drivers and promoting safety,” Kerr added.

EBE’s solution offering and roadmap will continue to provide applications that allow transportation providers the ability to implement EBE’s financial automation solutions integrated into their existing document imaging systems.  As a SAAS middleware application, providers can realize the benefits of AI & RPA workflows and integrations while maintaining their existing document imaging system for storage, retrieval and printing function. This approach provides less time to implement, lower investment and reduce the learning curve.
