All of EBE’s product offerings contributed to this year’s revenue growth, including financial and driver-lifecycle automation, mobile content processing, and freight-visibility solutions. A nearly 20% increase in top-line revenue resulted in a 13% increase in profit.
The addition of AI and RPA to EBE’s solution set allows carriers and logistics companies to add value to legacy back-office systems without replacing them, providing immediate ROI and a boost to customer service.
