All of EBE’s product offerings contributed to this year’s revenue growth, including financial and driver-lifecycle automation, mobile content processing, and freight-visibility solutions. A nearly 20% increase in top-line revenue resulted in a 13% increase in profit.

The addition of AI and RPA to EBE’s solution set allows carriers and logistics companies to add value to legacy back-office systems without replacing them, providing immediate ROI and a boost to customer service. 

“Our investment in AI and RPA middleware solutions is providing significant returns this year. 64% of our revenue came from these solutions. We are now able to engage with prospects that do not utilize EBE’s content-management solutions, which has vastly expanded our potential client base,” said Larry Kerr, President of EBE Technologies. 

“EBE’s Digital Workforce allows our clients to invoice and settle with drivers in near-real time while providing improved accuracy. We have minimized data entry and web-portal updates, accelerated the driver-hiring process, and limited negligent-hiring exposure through improved safety monitoring,” Kerr continued.
