Position Available:

Director of Marketing

EBE is a 53-year-old systems developer providing content management and workflow solutions throughout North America.

We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and organized individual to become an integral member of a high-growth software organization as our Director of Marketing. In this position, you must be responsive, flexible, work as a team player, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. EBE has several product offerings that require marketing and advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create, write, and design communication materials, including collateral, press releases, social media strategies, case studies, and online ads.
  • Supervise a social media specialist, director of communications, and outsourced talent.

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills to interface with managers, strategic partners, and clients.
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or journalism required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience required.

Manage the Marketing Mix

  • Strategic Planning
  • Social Media & LinkedIn
  • Industry Publications & Trade Shows
  • Manage Team Members in the Marketing Department
  • Report Website, Social Media, and Email Analytics

Web

  • Content updates
  • SEO & weekly trend analysis reports
  • Posting blogs

Product Marketing

  • Coordinate with Product Management for timely release of product collateral.
  • Support branding efforts for new products.

Quarterly Newsletter

  • Product highlights
  • Letter from the President
  • Create and send through MailChimp

Product Campaigns

  • Direct mail
  • Advertising

Tradeshow Marketing

  • Pre/Post event email notifications

Other Responsibilities can include

  • Occasional travel to visit clients
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge required

Compensation

  • Compensation commensurate with experience
