The Challenge

Nu-Way sought an electronic solution to match invoicing with customer accounts. They needed a consistent invoice format and a customer tracking method to reduce invoicing errors and payment delays. Nuway’s manual accounts payable process negatively affected their fleet maintenance activities, resulting in overpayment for parts and double-billing for the same repair.

The Solution
