Software Solutions

Driver Qualification File Management

Easily track and manage your driver qualification (DQ) files with our DQ File Management application. Staff are notified of expiring documents as well as receive new ones to be audited. If documents expire, EBE’s workflow will update drivers’ master files and trigger flags in dispatch to deactivate until compliance is gained.

Annual Safety Review

EBE’s Annual Safety Review application automates the activities needed for drivers’ annual safety review. When reviews approach, the system orders motor vehicle reports (MVRs), requests drivers to complete certificates of violations (COVs) and evaluates returned documents for activity. After reviews, workflows combine MVRs and COVs, which becomes the annual safety review record (ASR). The ASR shows the completion date and the new due date in the driver qualification file window.

Driver Scorecard

You’ll save time and better monitor driver behavior with EBE’s Driver Scorecard solution. Managers may assign drivers positive or corrective actions through dynamic workflow events, which assign points for identified behaviors. A driver scorecard captures all the points in a single view and can be shared with drivers and management.

Driver Performance

EBE’s Driver Performance solution monitors driver behavior in real time through telematics data from drivers’ mobile devices. MPG scores and fleet rankings are determined based on performance and critical data. Automated workflows are launched for proactive correction actions, and points are posted to drivers’ scorecards.

CSA Management

EBE’s CSA Management solution is a proactive approach to addressing at-risk driving behavior and managing your company’s performance to FMCSA’s BASIC percentiles. The system imports your company’s and drivers’ inspections from the FMCSA Compass into the CSA dashboard, calculating company and driver measures and percentiles.

Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) Management

Streamline data and mitigate risk with EBE’s Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) Management solution. Drivers complete DVIRs through a checklist on their mobile devices. Actions provided may include schedule maintenance in-shop, complete delivery and schedule maintenance at nearby service provider, or do not move – send service provider. Work orders can be integrated with in-house and external maintenance systems, and drivers can track repair status in the portal.
