Equipment File Management

Our Equipment File Management solution ensures asset compliance by monitoring documents and events needing renewal such as license plates, inspections, leases, and insurance. Through workflows, staff receive alerts of pending expirations as well as updated documents needing audit. Staff are notified if documents aren’t returned within a defined time frame, and the system flags equipment with expired documents, notifying dispatch to deactivate the assets.

Roadside Inspection Management

Our Roadside Inspection Management solution monitors drivers’ roadside inspection reports to ensure they’ve been posted to the FMCSA Compass Portal and to your company. In addition, all inspections go through specific workflows depending on the type (e.g., with or without violations, out of service or not out of service). Corrective actions or positive rewards can automatically be executed.

Reserve Management

EBE's Reserve Management application is flexible, with reserves captured at any point in your claims process.
